Use product model name: - Examples: laserjet pro p1102, DeskJet 2130; For HP products a product number. Examples: LG534UA; For Samsung Print products, enter the M/C or Model Code found on the product label. Examples: 'SL-M2020W/XAA' Include keywords along with product name. Examples: 'LaserJet Pro P1102 paper jam', 'EliteBook 840 G3.
I'm not sure it's the right place to post this question - but it's the only somehow related HP devloper support forum I could find. If there's another forum you can suggest it will be greatly appreciated.
The issue:
The 'lp' command doesn't work when attempting to print to LaserJet P1102w on Mac (any recent OS version).
For example, sending the following command in Terminal doesn't produce any results:
Simcity 2015 for mac. lp -d HP_1102w_USB -o media=a4
I never had any problems reported with any other printer - lp always works as expected.
Any ideas? Mac messenger for. Or is there a better place to report this bug?
